Update from uSphere - We're Working on Deleting Ads

Clarification for our readers...

As you can possibly tell from looking at this here blog, uSphere has quite a bit of code to go through to get all the ads taken off of our site. We're working on it...

But here's what we do want to tell you, the students, parents, counselors and colleges who visit our site and have relied on us to help your college/university search for the past 4 years:

We are committed to providing you with a great user experience. That means connecting you with information about schools that might be looking for you. In some cases, schools pay for sponsorship on the site -- that's how we attempt to make a living.

Those sponsorships will continue, but the advertisements from partners such as Google and Commission Junction -- those are what we are taking off of our site, starting immediately.

Let me reiterate -- both are great services and we highly recommend them both. But the whole advertising stuff is more of a nuisance than anything, so we're taking this dramatic step.
